New News…or Old News??

Good news! Another member will be joining the family soon. These are new pictures of our new baby…no, not a doggie baby or a car baby, but a human baby!! The pictures shown here are the latest ultrasound photos. The baby is going to be my first little girl…and at the time of the ultrasound, the baby is 17 weeks old. The baby is already kicking and arching her back, rolling all over the place. She’ll relax every so often by sucking on her thumb. There is something about watching an ultrasound of your own child that keeps everything in your life at peace. All the stresses in your life seem to magically go away as they portray it in the movies very accurately.

As you can tell, the baby in the ultrasound is sucking on her thumb. I think after this photo was taken, she took her thumb out of her mouth and began to kick and punch. Quite funny, yet, makes me wonder if she will be this active once she’s born. This should be very interesting…
